Additional Information Related to Placing Orders for Refills of Existing Prescriptions
Please allow 10 to 14 days for your refill order to be delivered.
Additionally, please note that if you are submitting either a brand new or new "replacement" prescription that you want shipped with your
refill, you need to allow approximately 21 days for delivery.
(The time periods stated stated begin on the date that Canadian Meds USA
has received a complete order - i.e., no information is missing).
Please use Direct Online Submission whenever possible to submit a Refill Order.
If you are unable to submit your reorder request online, Total Care Pharmacy will directly contact you approximately 3 weeks before the end of your current "fill cycle" to verify that you want your refill shipped and to determine whether there have been any changes in your prescriptions, health profile, credit card information, or delivery address.
While the Pharmacy makes every reasonable effort to contact customers regarding their refills, they are sometimes unable to reach people. If you have less than a 3 week supply of your prescriptions remaining and have not yet received a telephone call from Total Care Pharmacy, please call, fax, or email Canadian Meds USA. Canadian Meds USA will then immediately forward your refill request to Total Care Pharmacy.

In order to avoid delay in processing your refill order when paying by PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY ORDER, please make sure you have obtained a CURRENT price quote from Canadian Meds USA, or check the prices online on our website at www.canadianmedsusa.com. Also, when using a personal check, please make sure you have included the
$10.00 shipping charge and a flat $10.00 personal check processing fee. Personal checks should be mailed directly to Canadian Meds USA, not to Total Care Pharmacy. Additionally, please note that whenever a personal check or money order is used, your order cannot be shipped until your check or money order has been received.
