Order Payment Using Direct Debit/E-Check

Effective, April 1, 2020, Canadian Meds USA (CMUSA) will no longer accept checks (or money orders) as a method of payment. After March 31, 2020 Direct Debit/E-Check is the only payment method that can be used to place orders. The use of Direct Debit/E-Check has now been available for almost 2 years and has proven to be an effective, safe and very satisfactory way to pay for orders for many of our customers.

As previously noted, Direct Debit/E-Check only uses the same information that is already printed on your checks. Instead of mailing us a new check for each order, you simply provide the check number for that particular order and your order details over the phone, by email or by fax. For your first order only, you will need to provide a copy of a voided check.

When you’re ready to order a refill, simply call, email or fax your request along with an “updated check number”. The check number you provide for each order relates to your payment and cannot be used again.

We believe that the following advantages are why Direct Debit/E-Check is the best choice available:

Faster (significantly reduced processing time)
Less expensive (no postage required)
More accurate (eliminates many errors that can occur with the use of mailed checks)
As before, each order is confirmed with you by the pharmacy
Upon the processing of your order, you will receive an automated email confirming
the amount that was charged

Our goal in making this change is to provide even better customer service. Thank you for giving CMUSA the opportunity to serve your medication needs.
